The name entered during onboarding, text size, theme, and wellness check-in entries (mood, water, medicine) are stored only on the device itself, in the browser's local storage. None of it is sent to a server or to Abi — this has been true since Ineng's first version, and it isn't changing. If the browser's storage is cleared, that information is gone.
Chat with Ineng (the paid family-unlocked feature) uses a one-time code typed on the senior's phone — no account, email, or password is ever required of them.
This site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit, so Abi can tell whether the app is actually reaching anyone. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/region level, not precise). No name, phone number, or personal check-in data is ever sent to Analytics.
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies via the DAA opt-out page.
Payments for Chat with Ineng (₱149/month via GCash, Maya, QRPh, or debit/credit card) are processed by PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment processor. Card and payment details are handled directly by PayMongo — they never pass through or get stored by Ineng.
If you have a question about any of this, you can reach Abi through the Our Story page or wherever you found this app linked.
